Each bedroom has a jack for a private telephone line, a DSL line (you can pitch in if you want to use it), a cable jack, and mini-blinds. There are five bedrooms, four of which are available to renters.

Master bedroom
The master bedroom is on the second floor, which is an addition to the original house. It is 14 by 16 and has a six-foot closet. It had new carpet installed January of 2003. It has two large modern windows, mini-blinds, and pull down shades. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person (shower, no tub).

Upstairs right bedroom
The other upstairs bedroom is 11 by 12 and had new carpet installed in December 2003. It has a five-foot closet and one large modern window with mini-blinds. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person (shower, no tub).

Front downstairs bedroom
The front downstairs bedroom is one of the two original bedrooms in the house. It is 11 by 12. It has plaster walls, a four-foot closet, and four large windows that get lots of sun. New carpet was installed in June 2005. It has a glass break detector as part of the burglar alarm. This bedroom shares a bathroom (with tub) with one other person.

Middle downstairs bedroom
The middle downstairs bedroom is 11 by 12 and has the most charm of all the bedrooms. It has plaster walls, two large windows, picture railing, tall baseboard molding and the 1921 doorknobs that are original to the house. It has two doors (one opening to the kitchen, the other opening to the bathroom hallway), a glass break detector, and a four foot-closet. The carpet was new as of January 2003. This bedroom shares a bathroom (with tub) with one other person.
